We are a nonprofit started by Livingston High School students, Tanya Shah and Nidhi Pusapati, dedicated to improving the lives of the less fortunate teens in India.

UpliftIndiaGlobal

We are a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of less fortunate people through education, healthcare, and empowerment. We do this through our online classes, as well as our donations to various organizations. These are our guiding pillars, that we embody through all of our programs.

Education

We embody our pillar of Education, through our online classes and by providing books, to orphanages and schools in India.

Empowerment

We believe that Empowerment is the key to a better life, especially for girls. We display this through our interviews with inspirational women, to give the less fortunate girls, someone to look up too.

Unity

In order to improve the lives of the less fortunate, we believe that Unity is important. We display this through our UpliftIndia team, partnerships, as well as the “sense of togetherness” that we are striving to foster in their environment.

Advocacy

We believe that Advocacy is cruicial to bettering their lives, as it has the power to increase donations, and raise this issue to more people. This will lead us having a larger impact.

Confidence

Confidence has infinite power, in order to improve the lives of less fortunate girls. We do this through our care packeges of makeup, and skincare to make them feel more comfortable, as well as our interviews with confident women.
